These pages contain computer copies of the HRS Walks Slips, together with information about the walks grading system.  Three different versions are available, depending on whether or not you have Microsoft Word and/or Excel in your computer and are happy using one of them to complete the forms:

•  Please use the Excel-based automated slips if you are able to do so, as this will reduce the workload for the Programme Secretary. Click here
•  If you prefer to use Word, click here
•  Everyone else, including anyone wanting hard copies for hand-filling, click here

Please could Walk Leaders check that, before submitting a walk slip, all the required information is present and accurate, particularly:

•  The grid reference (including grid letters—shown on all OS maps in the Grid Ref System panel)
•  The accurate length of the walk
•  Whether it is "Meet Leader at Trinity" or "Meet Leader at start".
